Facilities

• What time is check-in/out?

  Check-in: 3 pm onwards, self-check-in is required after 10 pm.

  Check-out time is 10 am

• Do you have free internet?

  There is wifi throughout the hotel.

• We plan to arrive by car, do you have a car park?

  For car parking please contact us to reserve a spot.

• Is the kitchen available for guest use?

  The kitchen is for staff use only. Rooms are equipped with a kettle and fridge.

Services

• Do you offer a pick-up and drop-off service?

  Yes, we provide pick up and drop off from the local station (Myoko Kogen Station), please schedule the time at least one day in advance.

• Can we have our luggage sent to the hotel?

  We accept guests’ luggage on their behalf. We recommend using Black Cat (Yamato Takyubin).

  Please allow two days for shipping.

• Do you provide laundry service?

  Yes, we offer a laundry service for 1500 yen per bag. Laundry bags are provided in guest rooms.

  We do not have self-operated laundry machines available on-site.

• Do you provide room service?

  This service is not provided, however, feel free to ask any of our staff if you have custom requests or would like some fresh speciality coffee and we’ll do our best to oblige.

• Do you provide shuttle service to other resorts?

  We do not, however, there is a local shuttle bus and we can also assist in reserving taxis.

SKI/SNOW

• Can we buy ski passes from you?

  Ski passes cannot be bought from the hotel. Passes are available at the ticket boxes by the lift.

• How much are the ski passes?

  1 day All mountain pass (Akakura Kanko & Onsen) is 6500 yen for adults and 5000 yen for children. Individual resort passes can be bought for around 5000 yen for an adult and 1200 yen for children.

• Does your hotel have ski rentals for hire?

  We don’t have rentals, for this, we recommend Aoyama Sports (10% discount for our guests), Powder Recon or Myoko Snowsports which are both down the road from us.

• How big is the ski resort? How many lifts and gondolas?

  It’s a medium size resort, there are two interconnected resorts with 21 lifts including 1 gondola. We are located just next to and above lift 1. Which you can ski in/out from.
